Refund & Cancellation

Due to the customized nature of our printed products, the following terms apply:

• 1. Custom Printed Products: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once customization/printing starts, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.
• 2. Standard Products (Blank): You can request a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
• 3. Replacements: Free replacement for items damaged during shipping upon reporting within 24 hours of delivery.
